What I own isnt a lifted 05 sienna, but what I did was cut off the lower portion of the bumper at the top of the fog lights and added extra light pods. Also had to modify bumper clips (broke them) and used 2" metal self tapping screws in a pattern to actually support front and rear bumpers.
