hey everybody,i just got my lexus from USA, and the problem is,that the engine start everything is ok,but when you try to spin the steering wheel,nothing happens :/ wheels dont move :/ the steering wheel just spin around and thats all :( what could it be?maybe you know the answers...help me,thanx...

So, Ive looked at the owners manual, and there seems to be two ways to adjust the steering wheel position. But neither one seems to apply to my own car. I have a 2008, IS 250. And, I cant seem to locate anything that looks like what the owners manual is telling me. Can you guys help my out? Thanks..
